RETURNS

In case of returning the products for a refund, the return must be made within 14 calendar days, as long as the products are in the excellent condition in which they were delivered.

Shipping and return costs are borne by the customer.

Upon receipt of the products by us, the money will be refunded by deposit into the bank account you will indicate to us within 20 days.

Please note that returns are only accepted if:

There is a problem with the product upon receipt or when opening the package.
Please contact the store by phone to register the return during business days and hours.
The product is returned with all its accessories, such as:
- Its original packaging
- The retail receipt or invoice

The return of products is made to the address of our physical store:
Athenagora 2, Toumba, Thessaloniki

Important information about returns

Epiplochoros bears no responsibility in the event of:

Loss or destruction of the product during transport for return.
Damage or wear to the product after use.

We are not obligated to replace if:

The returned product has been damaged or worn by the customer.
The value of the product has decreased due to use that was not necessary for the evaluation of its function.
In these cases, Epiplochoros reserves the right to assess the damage and refund the amount to the customer after deducting the corresponding reduction in value.
