CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL:
The table top is made of MDF with walnut veneer. MDF (Medium Density Fiber) is a modern, widely used material that is often chosen, especially for kitchens. Its main characteristics are that it absorbs minimal moisture, has a homogeneous mass, satisfactory mechanical properties, excellent smoothness and many processing possibilities.
The legs are metal for greater durability and have plastic caps at the bottom to protect floors.

Under no circumstances should you rub a velvet fabric. Even if you need to remove a stain, do not rub it. Dampen a soft cloth with water and dab it locally on the stain. Leather (i.e. the cloths we use to dry the car) is also an ideal choice for cleaning velvet.
