The HM1179 is the latest addition to our range of office chair spare parts. It is a 5-piece spare set with casters that incorporates all the features you want from such a product. This caster provides smooth and quiet rolling without annoying squeaks, thanks to its sturdy construction and the appropriate materials used. The soft elastic polyurethane that surrounds the wheel makes it ideal for any type of surface without damaging it. Rolling is smooth whether your chair is on a wooden floor, on a tile, on a carpet, or anywhere.

MATERIAL: The connecting axles (pins) with the base of the chair are made of high quality steel, while the remaining metal parts of the caster are made of aircraft-grade steel.
The bearing is high quality ABEC 9 type.
The wheel rim is made of hard nylon plastic, special for such applications.
The wheel is made of transparent elastic polyurethane that surrounds the rim.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: Pin dimensions: diameter 1.1 cm x height 2.2 cm.
Thickness of the wheels: 2.5 cm.
Height without pin: 8.83 cm.

MAINTENANCE: The product does not require any special maintenance other than cleaning the wheels and removing any hair that may have accumulated on the rolling axles.

INSTALLATION: Replacing the casters is easy without tools. Pull the old casters from the base of the chair and remove them. Then install the new replacement casters by pushing the pin into the slot until it locks.
GENERAL REMARKS: Before ordering the product, make sure you have measured the dimensions of your chair correctly and these are the appropriate casters. These casters do not fit IKEA products.
