Material information:

  • Chipboard: Chipboard, also known as chipboard, is a composite wood material made from small pieces of wood, usually pine or spruce, glued together under high pressure and temperature using resins. It is widely used in the manufacture of furniture, interior surfaces and structural applications. It is made from recycled materials and is resistant to bending, abrasion and other natural stresses.
  • Melamine (LPB): LPB (Low Pressure Melamine) is a synthetic material widely used in the surface treatment of particleboard in furniture and surface manufacturing, due to its durability and ease of maintenance. It is applied to substrates such as MDF (Medium-density fibreboard) or OSB plywood to produce durable surfaces.
  • PP: Polypropylene (PP) is a thermoplastic material widely used in many sectors due to its excellent properties. Although it is lightweight, it has high impact resistance, making it suitable for applications that require resistance to shocks and abrasions. It maintains its properties even when exposed to moisture, making it suitable for applications in high humidity environments.

Maintenance instructions:

  • Chipboard: To clean chipboard, you can use a soft cloth lightly dampened with water and a mild detergent. Avoid excessive use of water and keep the surface dry after cleaning.
  • Melamine (LPB): To remove stains from the surface, use a soft cloth with lukewarm water and mild soap. Gently wipe the surface until the stain is removed. Melamine is sensitive to moisture, so it is important to protect it from water.
  • PP: For daily cleaning of polypropylene, use a soft cloth or sponge, lightly dampened with mild detergent and warm water. Spread the cloth over the surface and clean by applying light pressure.

Observations:

  • The product is delivered unassembled in factory packaging and with a detailed assembly guide.
