• Tempered glass - Safety glass: Tempered glass, also known as toughened or heat-treated glass, is a type of safety glass that has undergone a special treatment to increase its strength compared to ordinary glass. The heat treatment process involves heating the glass to a high temperature and rapidly cooling it. This creates a compressive stress on the surface of the glass and a tensile stress on the inside, making it more resistant to impacts, thermal shocks and scratches. Maintenance instructions:

• Tempered glass: First, use a soft damp cloth and mild detergent or just water. Apply the cloth to the tempered glass and clean it with gentle circular motions. Avoid using excessive pressure and materials that may cause scratches.

• Metal: If it is any indoor metal, dusting or cleaning with a damp cloth at regular intervals is the appropriate option. However, if it is metal outdoor furniture, you should follow the steps below: 
  1. For longer-lasting protection, treat your metal furniture with a protective cream that you can easily obtain from commercial stores.
  2. If your furniture is treated and painted using the powder-coating method (electrostatic painting), then it is very durable and easy to clean with a damp cloth.
  3. If your metal furniture is not electrostatically painted, then you should take extra care of it and keep it away from water and moisture. You can cover it with special covers and, if possible, bring it indoors during the winter.
  4. If you notice rust, remove it with turpentine and then apply anti-rust varnish before painting the surface with rust-resistant paint.
