The mattress is a means of well-being and relaxation.
A healthy sleeper changes his sleeping position up to sixty times a night (to avoid muscle and joint pain). The ability to change positions without being hindered is a prerequisite for a refreshing sleep. The even pressure distribution prevents body pain where the greatest pressure can occur (shoulders, hips, heels) and guarantees good blood circulation. The excellent temperature (not too hot, not too cold) and humidity regulation (absorption of sweat fluids) are perfectly adapted to the individual.
The most important thing to remember, however, is that the firmness of a mattress should be adjusted according to your personal preferences. This is why the various firmness scales that are available do not fully reflect your reality.
This particular mattress contains various medium-firm foam materials and hugs the body, providing the necessary support. At the same time, it helps with proper blood circulation during sleep.
This particular mattress is easily transported since it is delivered in roll packaging, which means that you unfold it on your bed and leave it for approximately 48 hours until it reaches its proper shape by absorbing air and is ready for use.

CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS:
The construction materials used and you can find them in the technical specifications, as well as in the detailed photos, are the following:
The surface of the mattress is made of knitted fabric.
Then, there is a 1 cm layer of foam material.
Underneath this is a non-woven fabric which is a polypropylene, non-woven, special for many uses. It is ideal for holding the materials of the layers in the quilt and is recyclable.
The core of the mattress is made of medium to high density (25d) foam materials. These materials absorb body heat during sleep and become softer over time. They help with good blood circulation and provide a pleasant sleep.
Then we encounter again a series of the same materials, as analyzed above, since the mattress is double-sided (please also consult the photo)

MAINTENANCE:
•Periodically expose your mattress to the sun for proper ventilation.
• Leave windows open for 30 minutes every day to remove moisture, especially during the winter, which is the main cause of mattress odor.
•Turn it over every 3 months for even "pressure"
•Do not bend the mattress because there is a risk of deformation and damage.
•Do not use as a “trampoline” by children
•Keep it dry
•Wash sheets at high temperatures and iron them well to kill various microorganisms and place them dry on top of the mattress.
•Do not iron on the mattress.
•Protect it from liquids and clean it locally only with special cleaners
•The base of the mattress should be free of protrusions, curves and bulges. It should be on a straight surface

ADVANTAGES:
